We find that every customer has unique needs.  We pride ourselves in offering solutions that match the client, not solutions we have on a shelf.  Since we offer such a variety of services it's very difficult to provide fixed rates.  Therefore, we work on a hourly rate based on the type of service provided. 

Types of Service Rates

• Regular Hourly
• Emergency Service
• Travel Services

Regular Hourly: Regular, Non-Emergency, Services are billed at $165.00 per hour. At least 48 hour advance notification is required for this rate. This work is considered scheduled/project work or meetings and the response is normally within a 2 - 5 business days from the request. Obviously, more urgent customer requirements would dictate a quicker response.

Note: We've asked the opinion of many of our clients regarding a trip charge, since we have arrived at client sites and "fixed something simple" and left shortly thereafter. Since some clients have voiced opposition to our "Trip Charge" (previously implemented), we've now instituted a standard 2-hour minimum for all onsite service calls and meetings. This is not an issue for most clients since we are rarely onsite for less than 2 hours. 

Emergency Service: Emergency services are billed at $265 per hour. An emergency service call is indicated by services required in a less than 24 hour turn around. For these kinds of service calls, we must leave other customer sites to accommodate the emergency situation. We will attempt to help a customer over the phone first, however if we agree that a service all is an "emergency" then this rate will apply.  Emergency service calls occurring during holidays or holiday weekends are billed at a rate of $425 per hour (see our normal holiday rate below).

Holiday Service: Often times, clients prefer to reduce the amount of down-time incurred for office staff during an upgrade.   To accomplish this, upgrades are often done over holiday weekends because they are often 3 day weekends instead of two.  Therefore, we have established our Holiday Weekend service rate which is billed at $300 per hour.
 

Travel Services: We provide remote city services as well as local service.  We will travel to your remove offices to complete any project needing our assistance.  Our standard rate for travel is $1500/per day.  Travel days are billed at 1/2 day per travel day plus our standard hourly rate for any hours worked on a travel day.  Standard work days when we travel are 8-10 hours, more if needed, and are at the fixed travel rate.  Clients are expected to pay for air travel and hotel expenses plus a small meal allowance.
